1. Services
We design and build kitchens of all types (wood, aluminum, laminate, and more)
We design and install wall closets, wardrobes, bedroom sets, and bathroom cabinets
We create custom wooden decorations and interior woodwork
All services are customized based on client requirements and confirmed in written agreements
2. Pricing and Payments
Prices depend on materials, project size, and design complexity
A detailed quotation is provided before starting any work
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the project
Payments are made in person or via bank transfer, as agreed
Full payment is required before final delivery or installation
3. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are given after design approval
We are not responsible for delays caused by client changes or external factors
4. Design Approval
Clients must approve all designs in writing before production
Any changes after approval may cause additional costs or delays
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Projects cannot be canceled after design approval
All deposits are non-refundable under any condition
6. Warranty
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on manufacturing defects only
The warranty does not cover misuse, damage, or unauthorized changes
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content belong to Tulip Design & Kitchens
Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited
8. Website Use
Misuse of the website or unauthorized access is prohibited
We may update content, prices, or terms without prior notice
